Please be advised that the AGM re review & report on the past two years, election of officers for the forthcoming year will be held at the club this year. It is an opportunity to consider any proposals from members re the operation and/or constitution.
The date is Friday, 3rd December - starting promptly at 7.45pm - all members are welcome-
Any candidates for any of the offices in the club will need support from a proposer and seconder.- & needs to be confirmed 14 days before the meeting.
Other important points- As the league need to know team entries for 2022 soon - we are definitely entering 3 teams in the Saracens League as per this year. We are hesitating entering a 4th XI as no members have stepped forward with an interest to run the 4th XI. Members are welcome to put their hat in the ring by contacting Mark Bishop or myself in the next few days - we have just a week or so to find a suitable candidate or candidates to share the load. If not, we will revert to this year's operation of arranging games when availability is plentiful.
