Hello everyone,
We’re getting closer and closer to the end of July, and it’s your last chance to save £10 on your Dinner and Dance tickets. Until 31 July they still cost just £50, and can be purchase direct through the club shop on Pitchero.
Please find below some FAQ’s and additional info:
* Dress Code: Black tie preferred.
* When buying your tickets please make your meal choices and provide the names of your guests.
* Please contact Rebecca Rueth with seating requests for guests who want to be on a table together.
* If you or any of your guests have allergies that are not catered by the existing menu choices please reach out ASAP.
* We are looking to organise a mini bus/coach from the club to the venue, however we do need rough numbers, please let Rebecca or Jon Baldwin know if this is something that interests you.
* There are multiple nearby hotels you can book, please find the accommodation guide attached. You can use code REB260925 over the phone with Aubrey Park to receive a discount on accommodation.
Is there anything you can do?
*If you have any ideas or can get ahold of any Raffle Prizes, we would be very grateful!
*If you have any song requests, these can be made on the night itself, but it is preferred you reach out to Rebecca before hand)
